Haji Saini bin Haji Ali was re-designated as Vice President on 2 August 2010.

Haji Saini bin Haji Ali began his career as a Civil Engineer in 1983 with Sarawak Housing and Development Commission (“SHDC”).  During his tenure with SHDC, he held several senior positions and was made the acting CEO until 2002.  Saini joined Zecon Berhad in 2003 as a General Manager.  He also sits in the Board of several subsidiaries of Zecon Berhad.

Saini is a privileged recipient of Ahli Mangku Nagara (AMN) conferred by the Federal Government in 1996 and he received the Pingat Perkhidmatan Bakti (PPB) from the State Government of Sarawak in the same year.

Saini holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Loughborough University of Technology, England in 1984 and a Master in Business Administrative (with distinction) from the Warwick University, England in 1998.
