Mr. Hui Kok Yuan

Vice President, Construction

Hui Kok Yuan was re-designated as Vice President on 2 August 2010.

Hui Kok Yuan began his career in civil engineering in 1976 as Executive Engineer with Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR), Sarawak supervising various government building projects. He was transferred to the Land Custody and Development Authority (LCDA), Sarawak in 1982. As Civil Engineer of LCDA, he was involved in the planning and design of urban development projects. In 1994, he moved on to the private sector, where he was involved in the management and administration of commercial and housing projects.

Hui was a privileged recipient of the Pingat Perkhidmatan Bakti conferred by the Sarawak Government in 1993. He is a member of the Institution of Engineers, Malaysia and the Institution of Engineers, Australia.

A member of ZECON’s Executive Committee, Hui holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Adelaide, Australia and was appointed to the Board of Directors in February 2001.
