Ar. Saiful Anuar was a practicing architect, under the style of ARKITEKsaifulanuar. Prior to joining UEM Land Holdings Berhad as the General Manager of Planning & Special Projects in 2007, he was of service as a part-time external tutor lecturing for the Department of Architecture, University Malaya. He was the Head, Business Development of the flagship property company of UEM Group and Khazanah Nasional Berhad; he was actively involved in business development, strategic planning and project start-up.

Prior to joining the Company, he was the Managing Director of the flagship division for the Puncak Niaga Holdings Berhad’s Property Business of which, he was actively involved in strategic planning and the future business directions.

Ar. Saiful Anuar is instrumental in achieving various Local and International Property Awards i.e FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Awards – gold medal for NUSAJAYA – the Regional City, for his previous organization.
