CLEANING SERVICES CREW (FOR HYGIENE CLEANING SERVICES)

Requirements:

  • Sijil Rendah Pelajaran (SRP)
  • Good communication skills
  • Courteous, polite, hardworking, committed
  • Can follow instruction effectively
  • Disciplined and proactive
  • Preferably with at least one year experience
  • Candidates with no experience is also encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:

  • Main responsibility is to maintain and keeping the hospital and hotel area clean, neat and organised
  • Daily ward/department stocks count of item to determine requirement as per par level and prepared linen requisition form
  • Collect soiled linen bags from wards / department and store in dedicate area
  • Clean and disinfect all trolley as required
  • Collect and transfer clinical waste from source of generation at agreed time and frequency via designed route as stated in HSIP to central storage facility
  • Respond to any accident/incident related to cleaning services according to prescribed procedure
  • Implement Quality procedure according to Quality, Safety, Health & Environment
  • Undertake other duties and responsibility as may be assigned by the superior from time to time or as and when necessary for the effective realizations of the job purpose

MANAGER (ACCOUNT & FINANCE)

Requirements

  • Possess a professional qualification or a Degree in Accountancy and a member of MIA
  • Familiar with computerised accounting systems
  • At least 6 years relevant working experience in both audit and commercial sector
  • Ability to work independently and perform under tight deadline

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for timely preparation and reviewing of management accounts and financial reports
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation financial reports, segmental profit & loss and segmental balance sheet
  • Assist in preparation of cashflow forecast, annual budget and monthly Profit & Loss forecast
  • To prepare audited accounts of company and group audited accounts
  • Checking of monthly balance sheet and profit & loss / tax schedule
  • To monitor project costing &realisation of project
  • Monitoring & handling of taxation matters
  • Formulate, implement and monitor the Accounting & Treasury Policies & procedures of the Finance Department in compliance with Group Policies, Procedures and Accounting Standard
  • Liaise with external parties (bankers, tax agent/tax consultant, auditors, company secretary, relevant government authorities, etc)
  • Familiar with SST and/or any other related ruling and monitoring the preparation and submission of the same to ensure compliance

CIVIL AND STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS (5 VACANCIES)

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent qualification
  • At least 5 years working experience in the related field
  • Adapt technology, innovative creative solutions to deliver outstanding results
  • Have great interpersonal and communications skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment
  • Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Experienced in design delivery and familiar with structural analysis and analytical modelling

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all work of Project Engineers, Design Engineers and CAD Technicians from the initial planning stages through final construction
  • Analyse suitable configurations of the basic structural components of a building or other structure
  • Apply expert knowledge of the forces that act on various structures

 

PROJECT PLANNERS (5 VACANCIES)

Requirements:

  • Degree in Building / Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in construction planning
  • Specialise in the provision of advice on construction planning and programme matters
  • Good understanding of construction methodologies
  • Proficient in the use of various delay and disruption analysis techniques
  • Knowledge of planning processes, tools etc.

Certificate in Primavera is an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Provide planning support throughout the life cycle of a project from preparation of tender schedules, method statements and detailed works programs through to delay analysis
  • Formulation and preparation of program analysis to support cost and time claims in relation to delay recovery measures
  • Preparation, assessment and negotiation of extension of time claims utilizing forensic delay analysis techniques
  • Delay analysis and preparation of explanatory narratives regarding claims for extension of time, prolongation and disruption matters

 

ICT ENGINEER (5 VACANCIES)

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Information Technology or Electronic Engineering.
  • At least 5 years working experience in IT support related is required.
  • Well versed in window XP, Window7 and Window 8. Must have knowledge of common desktop applications, (i.e., MS Office 2010, antivirus, anti-spyware scan, adobe etc.)
  • Must have knowledge in PC hardware architecture. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server is required. Must have excellent problem solving analysis skill, problem solving skill and attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Independent, has initiative and capable to take up new challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • To handle IT operations
  • Assist in overall facilities & maintenance operations.
  • Troubleshoot, repair and identify any issue with software, hardware and operating system.
  • To be familiar with entire hardware and software system and operating system.
  • Provide orientation to new users of existing technology
  • Train staff about potential uses of existing technology and any security involve.

  • Provide recommendations about improvement of IT infrastructure or policy.

EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) Engineer (1 Vacancy)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science, Degree in Engineering, Biology or closely related field such as Botany, or Environmental Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in any related field.
  • Technically inquisitive
  • Aptitude for collecting and analysing scientific data
  • Excellent communicator and good organisational skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet strict project deadline.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish budget and work plans for the conduct and completion of environmental assessment.
  • Prepare reports concerning development proposals and issue.
  • Liaise with Review Board stakeholders in planning, facilitating, and completing environmental assessments of proposed developments.
  • Supporting environmental assessment preparation, review and monitoring and evaluation.
  • Assessing how a site complies with environmental regulations.

 

GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERS (2 VACANCIES)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering field.
  • At least 5 years Working experiences in geotechnical field and project management are preferred.
  • Possess excellent computer skills and ability to use specialised geotechnical software programs and database.
  • Able to conduct research analyses of geotechnical data and reports inside a laboratory or office.
  • Strong mathematics skills.
  • Capability to work outdoors in various environmental and weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert engineering advice and recommendations for construction projects.
  • Perform geotechnical studies, field tests, analysis and design.
  • Prepare and present findings and recommendations to the superior and/or the management.
  • Organise and direct geotechnical site assessment.

BIM (BUILDING INFORMATION MODELLING) ENGINEERS (4 VACANCIES)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science or Degree in Engineering or any related field.
  • At least 5 years working experience in Civil / Building discipline with good technical skills.
  • Excellent hands-on knowledge and experience in relevant software and tools, e.g. Microstation and Autocad.
  • Knowledge of 3D studies and other software is beneficial e.g. CorelDraw, Revet, Sketchup.
  • Candidate with programming skillset is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • To create Drawings to the satisfaction of the Supervising Engineer.
  • To assist in drawing and sketch number allocation.
  • Maintain and update internal drawing register.
  • Review the contract drawings to determine any dimensional discrepancies for the purposes of raising RFI’s.

Requirements:

  • Degree in architecture or any related field.
  • At least 5 years working experience as an Architect are preferred.

QUANTITY SURVEYORS (3 VACANCIES)

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

  • Experience in a consultancy firm is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Pre and Post contract works, including project take off, preparation of Bills of Quantities.
  • Liaising with clients, consultants and contractors.
  • Measure and value sub-contracts and assist in agreement of sub-contract interim / final accounts.
  • Review documentations and identify value variations, subcontract payments and preparation of sub-contract liabilities.
  • Conduct cost analysis, budgeting control, measurement and collation of record.

 

COST ACCOUNTANTS (3 VACANCIES)

Requirements:

  • MACPA, CIMA, ACCA graduate or other recognized accounting degree.
  • MIA member.
  • At least 3 years working experience in a public accounting firm or listed company is an advantage.
  • Possess supervisory & leadership quality with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of financial and technical accounting functions.
  • Ensure high standards of financial reporting and controls.
  • Responsible for annual statutory reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities to ensure efficient systems are in place and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitors compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures.

 

FINANCE MANAGERS (2 VACANCIES)

Requirements:

  • Preferably a degree in Finance from a reputable tertiary institution and/or professional qualification e.g ACCA
  • At least 5 years working experience in accounting or finance
  • Ability to perform from transactional postings to financial reporting, cash flows, consolidations and statutory compliance including familiarity with Accounting Standards.
  • Have excellent analytical, writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full scope of accounting and finance activity for assigned company or group of companies i.e. source/transactional data capture in accordance with company policies and procedures, preparation and issuance of consolidated financial reports, statements including the variance analysis, commentaries and regulatory reports on a timely basis.
  • Preparation and issuance of cash flows and forecasts for the company/group.
  • Coordinate the budgeting process for the Group, from source data capture to final presentation to the Board and thereon monitoring on a monthly basis.
  • Interface with banks, auditors, consultants, government authorities for the accounting and finance related activities assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in communications is required, Master degree are preferred.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Project and/or Primavera and the MS Office Suite of products

Requirements:

  • Preferably a recognized degree in Human Resource Management or an industrial relations field.
