Scope of Works

The scope of works comprises of but not limited to all of the works below:-

(i) Site clearing, earthwork, demolition, foundation and structural works (IBS).

(ii) One block of building comprises of FMHS (Right wing).

(iii) One block of building comprises of FMHS and IHCM (Left wing).

e.       Sewerage works

f.       Water Reticulation works

g.      Turfing

(v) Mechanical & Electrical Services

a.       Sanitary Plumbing works

b.      Cold water services

c.       Air-conditioning ventilation and exhaust system

d.      Medical gas pipeline system

e.       Boilers, calorifiers, installation and steam/ hot water reticulation

f.       Building supervisory system

g.      Internal sewerage and waste water system

h.      Lift system

i.        Fire protection system

EXTERNAL COMPONENTS

• HT/LT Supply
• LT Reticulation
• Telecommunication Infra (manhole and ducting)

INTERNAL COMPONENTS

• General Lighting and Power
• Essential Supply (Standby GENSET)
• Telecommunication Services (Voice/Intercom only)
• Lighting Protection System
